The hotel is located in an ideal spot. Close to the pier, beach, shopping, and restaurants. I traveled alone and felt very safe. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I could see the beach and Pacific Ocean while sitting on the sectional sofa in my room.

My stay was for my Birthday and the room I booked was supposed to have an ocean view and there is no Ocran view per your customer service host on duty yesterday. Upon my arrival there…..I waited around 10 minutes for the luggage carrier but none was available until I was finally in my guest room. Your Bar and Restaurant was closed due to a wedding party no suggestions by the host at the desk No face towels in my room I’m not a happy Guest

When I booked, I paid extra for a pier-side view, but instead, I ended up with a view of a McDonald’s! I could barely see the pier from my room, and I was extremely disappointed given how much I paid for the view. I asked for a room change because the view advertised simply did not exist. I felt completely misled. The lady at the front desk apologized and said they would improve their room descriptions. Honestly, it felt like I was scammed. I should definitely be refunded for the additional amount I paid for a view that was never there.
