I checked in and after seeing random people wandering around the parking lot immediately left and booked a reservation at another hotel. The staff are very nice and the rooms just fine, but I was truly concerned about the safety of my vehicle. Also, the lights in the parking lot didn't come on until well after dark, which increased my concerns for safety both trying to climb the stairs in the dark as well as personal safety.

The room doesn’t have refrigerator and phone to speak with front desk, also the TV don’t had internet connection . When I ask front desk for help or to change the room register saying we can’t because you reserve the room with third party. The room wasn’t in good condition at all!

Payed for a Deluxe room because they come with a refrigerator.. so I could store my drinks and my insulin “I’m Diabetic” I walk in the room there’s no refrigerator so I go down to the front desk to ask if they can switch me to room that has a refrigerator BNI paid for the deluxe room with the sole purpose that I can put my drinks in my insulin in there because I’m diabetic.. The lady at the desk went on to tell me that she would look for a room for me so I went to go eat and came back about 40 minutes later and she said no luck they are all booked so I asked can I at least be refunded the deluxe money which is like I don’t know 16 $17. She said I would have to talk to a manager and she was kind of rude! Over sad experience! Room 240
