The El Cap is a lovely hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's an amazing value--it feels like a 4 star hotel at a much lower rate than one would expect.

AMAZING HOTEL

amazing staff, Front desk staff takes care of you from the minute. You walk in to the minute you leave. Great room with all the comforts, I will say that I got a junior suite this time, And I think it's probably one of the loudest rooms in the whole hotel even with the earplugs they give you. But if it does not affect my stay at all. I love their large parking, garage out back with valet parking or self parking. The hotel location is amazing, With restaurants and movie theaters right down the street.

Lovely hotel. It was more than worth the cost I paid. The hotel restaurant was outstanding as well. I had a very fresh beet salad and a delicious wild mushroom risotto there. Both excellent. Good service as well.

El Capitan is such a beautiful hotel! So warm and sophisticated. We stayed in a suite, and loved the space, decor and especially clawfoot tub. We enjoyed our one night stay and enjoyed drinks at Native Son, dinner at Rainbird and breakfast and coffee back at Native Son. Everything was so good and convenient.
