I had a one night stay at the FairBridge Inn while visiting my son at UC Merced. The room was clean. Check in was quick and easy. It is located right of the freeway so it is very convenient.

Missing were any vending machines for drinks, reading lights for the beds, bath mat (absorbing mat outside the shower), and the option for softer pillows. The fridge also needed defrosting as the ice was interfering with the closing of the fridge door. I appreciated the low fan setting on the AV and the quiet and comfortable parking/courtyard.

Clean, but made me nervous.
The room was clean, service was good and fast. Someone tried to come in but the chain on the door stopped them- that scared us a bit. So glad we had that on. No knock so i don't think it was housekeeping.

O well, a good stop for an overnight stay - but I deducted 1 star for freeway noise and inability to open a window for fresh air. I don’t know how you can do much about freeway noise - I suppose leaving the a/c to run all night would mask the noise…

PERFECT! Very well maintained.. appears recently remodeled. Property is landscaped and well maintained. Room was beautifully decorated with a custom sink and a gorgeous wall hanging., eco friendly with all the amenities and a friendly front desk staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
