Property was nice, had a few dated things like the elevator which didn’t work sometimes, had to reserve areas by the beach just to try to use a beach lounger. Also we placed reservations for the loungers and the rooftop pool but they didn’t actually place those reservations so we didn’t get to use part of the facility. The other thing that was super frustrating and misleading was that on the Expedia page it lists the property as all inclusive, but then the property is actually not all inclusive through Expedia, it can only be purchased directly through the property. We were told of the all inclusive benefits that we had during check in, but then after we went to have dinner at one of the restaurants, we were told that we don’t have the all inclusive package. We were told the things that we had included with our purchase which was food and beverage but excluded premium beverages like top shelf booze. Come to find out, we didn’t have any of that. We also were told by the check in staff (two different people, the time share salesperson that tries to push a timeshare down our throat, and the check in clerk) that we needed to wait until
4pm to get the included food and drinks but that was a lie. Be careful when purchasing the “all inclusive” package for this resort, because you might think you have it and you’ll be greeted and told from the staff at the beginning that you have all inclusive, but then you may not actually have all inclusive.
