Very noisy location. The pool is not part of the hotel, but connected to a restaurant you have to walk through to get access to. No personal drinks allowed there, and food/drinks over-priced and not great. Late checkout fee is high, relative to room cost. Good value for Cabo, if you're willing to walk 15-25 to get to the main areas of town.

We didn’t want to stay in a resort and found this cute little hotel. The staff are really friendly and very professional. The hotel was well maintained and with modern tech and decorated nicely. Love the relaxing and stylish tones with really nice bed covers and cushions. Wish they sold the bed cover! There was also Netflix etc on tv. The bathroom was spacious and the lighting - i joked - made me look nice. Having a kitchen and balcony is nice. The welcome cookies and water was a nice touch. There’s also a good bakery and resto attached. We walked to and from the beach. About a 20 min walk to Medano through the marina. They lent out beach umbrellas and towels for free. Umbrellas are cimpact and very easy to carry. The main plaza is 5-8 min on foot and there is a Santander bank on the way along with cafes and 2 Oxxos. While the AC worked perfectly, it was nice to have a ceiling fan so we were able to keep the AC at 24 and circulated the air. Will definitely not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Most spoke really good English. The only issue I had was with a waitress in the restaurant ignoring me but the bartender was nice and helpful and the food was great.

The property offered a good location, comfortable stay and a very friendly & helpful staff :) The restaurant was very good and with great service. Internet was not good when I was there. All else was good. I'd would recommend it, but not for work, especially when need a good video connection.

We’ve been coming here for years. The staff has really gone down hill. Just existing for a pay check. Not welcoming; girl behind the bar is awful, check in staff made us wait until 4p room was ready at 1:30. Beds are beyond uncomfortable. Food at the restaurant is delicious. Morning breakfast waitress WAS the only friendly staff member the entire week we were there. 6 nights, maid service will make your bed but no sheet change; disappointing compared to how it used to be! (They close the office often during the day too so you can’t get a towel for the beach!)
