Facility was beautifully beautiful. Views are breathtaking. Staff is awesome. I only have one complaint.the restrictions that you have to make reservations for dont allow. Hats or flips. What the heck. I only took flips to were on vacation. Im verry unhappy. The food at the non reservation places was exceptional.

This place was beautiful. There were numerous food options for meals and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The downsides are a) the property was so large it was sometimes quite a walk to get to the restaurant you were booked in with, b) the entire facility was based on a billing set up so even if you were part of an all-inclusive package you had to sign for your bill for every item you consumed, c) the service was very slow (I had to wait an hour for a pizza) and sometimes really poor (ordered a coke and a pina colada and received a virgin and an alcoholic pina colada). This place is also very time share based and there are many staff on site solely for that reason, and the whole process (if you don't want to purchase) takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes, not the 1 hour they promise.

I had an amazing stay here and would recommend to anyone interested. The only downside socks resort is the beach at the resort is very very small and has no ocean access. Pool chairs can also be hard to come by.

It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. This resort is amazing. Great food, drinks, great view to the ocean, and an amazing Staff. We loved our stay at El Encanta resort. The grounds, the pools, the rooms, the dining options were all fantastic! What stands out the most was the truly kind staff at the resort. Our waitstaff at the pool, Juan R., Ingrid, the staff overall Lio and Manny made our stay even more amazing. We loved all of it!

The property was great. The disappointment was the predatory attack of sales to sit in a sales pitch and deposit $20.00 to attend. Next disappointment was 200 deposit and a $250.00 fee to check out. Never again!!!!

The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The restaurant choices were less than favorable. Do not buy the extra charge for premium alcohol and food, you can't get into the right restaurants to get the premium food. Make restaurant reservations a week before you go and you may get into the better restaurants. We travelled with 8 people and we stayed 4days/3nights and half our group ended up with food poisoning from the steak/beef. So our trip overall was 2/3 stars.

This was a beautiful resort. I colors were bright and it showcased, I feel, the mexican colors. The staff were attentive and were dressed professionally. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were very confortable. The restaurants had amazing food. I enjoyed every restaurant. The hotel was quite in the evenings which I liked. It was a little inconveinent where the hotel was situated but the another awesome aspect of this hotel, they had shuttles into Cabo about every hour to 2 hours, the last shuttel back was at 10:30. Cabo was a very nice place to go and visit. This resort also had a sister resort in Cabo that the shuttle went to. We were able to eat and drink for free at this hotel. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing. You can not swim in the ocean but it did not matter to us. The pools were great. We went on a couple of excursions and they were all worth the price. I would recommend fishing and swimming with the dolphins. The trip to San Jose was nice as well.
