Restaurant wait list super inconvenient. Rude staff, especially the women patrolling Zen habachi and zen dining (especially the one taking reservations around 3pm and the ones dong waitlist around 8pm). They made the experience by far the worse. Pool staff men were all great! We hung out at all the pools. The cafe staff was also friendly and efficient. Super slow check in staff and timeshare personal super pushy and got in our face and said we have to talk to them to be able to redeem credits and if not, they have to put down we decline to talk so we won’t be able to use resort credit and will decline resort credit. Bell staff and room service staff is great as well.

We recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos for a family vacation, drawn in by the amenities for both kids and adults—especially the waterslides and pools. Overall, the resort is clean, modern, and visually stunning. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was generally friendly and welcoming. That said, several issues kept this from being a return-worthy experience. The most frustrating part was the constant pressure from Legendary Vacation Club reps. They approached us pretending to assist with activities or guest services, only to push hard for a timeshare presentation. It was misleading and made it difficult to relax. The food was another major letdown. We tried every restaurant on-site, and none met the standard we’ve come to expect from Hard Rock or other all-inclusives we’ve visited. Meals were bland, repetitive, and lacked quality. We also received resort credit of $200 per night, which sounded nice but ended up being nearly useless—just discounts on overpriced extras, not actual value. Lastly, the resort was not accommodating to special requests. Compared to other Hard Rock properties, the service here lacked flexibility and effort. While the kids had a great time and we made some good memories, we likely won’t return. The setting is beautiful, but the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations.

The staff is really nice and kind, the food is not good at all, we had higher expectations about the food, we tried almost all restaurants in the property and didn’t really enjoy the food. The room is good, housekeeping was good. But unfortunately we won’t be back, thank you.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff trues to be helpful. The food is absolutely awful especially by the food. Breakfast is descent, lunch buffet is ok and restaurants for dinner are ok too. The alcohol and thw juices are all water down...The pool is lively with dj and entertainment throughout the day. They also have shows everynight which is entertaining. The hotel has a member clientele so of course they take priority when it comes to pool seats, etc. The restaurant's dont take reservations except for the tepanyaki so expect to have an hour wait. Overall I would gove it a 5/6 out of 10.
