Really liked staying at this hotel - it was beautiful and the beach club was a huge plus! However I got the jacuzzi suite and I’d say don’t waste your money…the room already came with an indoor tub which I ended up using more often since the jacuzzi water was super cold, no matter how much the hot water ran, it was always cold :/

If you want R&R this is the place to go. The staff were pervasively exceptional, food delicious and ambience wonderful. Access to the private beach by way of pontoon boat was fun , the large rooftop pool had a breathtaking view highlighted by the infinity pool and plenty of lounging spots in and out of the sun. The aesthetic of the hotel was gorgeous!

Excellent week
Everything in The place is outstanding. The food, the drinks, the service, the private beach, bedding, towels, the candies and cookies, everything. My only issue and not sure it is the hotel’s fault was the cost of the airport transport from the airport . $70 dollars per person when coming back to the airport was $25 per person . It seems outrageous. I would come back to The Ganzo any time .

The property is used for weddings therefore the night we arrive the special area on the roof and beach were closed to us. The next day we had no maid service in the room. They did check it but didn’t replace coffe or cups or towels or make beds. They saw the state of it but did not clean it! We are very disappointed c

I loved the property’s location and amenities. I had a great birthday getaway, filled with good food and amazing drinks. The private beach club was a plus as well. Second time staying here. Great property and the staff there is five star. The rooms are great and the Infinity pool with a swim up bar on the rooftop is wonderful. Two minute ferry ride over to the beach an additional leisurely option for suntanning. George’s restaurant is just a couple minute walk away and Flora Farms and acre restaurants are short taxi ride. Highly highly recommend.

I was quite disappointed with my room . There was loud construction happening and nobody warned me . Also my room was near a busy loud hallway. When I checked in I was not told about the property and restaurant facilities. To be honest I did not feel that welcome there and this place is overrated.
