The room was very clean when we first came to our room and every morning the house keepers would come in and clean up the room. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Some people who come to my head are Juan David and Miguel the waiters outside,Axel from the front of the hotel greeting us and helping us get transportation and Margarita with her friendly personality greeting us to go into breakfast.

One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. The service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Everything was top notch. They checked us in early. Food was good and the staff took incredible care of us at all times. We never had to look for someone to bring us anything! They were always two steps ahead of us. The spa was also incredibly beautiful.The only one complaint I have is that it’s not on the swimmable beach. 10/10!

We loved the patio hot tub and we spent plenty of time at the beautiful swimming pools. Carlose was our personal room attendant and he was Great. I would say the staff service was the best part. Our stay was nice and we would go back.

Tons of Activites for kids, teens, adults, and the whole family together. The staff are super helpful and very nice! The highlight of my trip was the swim up room with our personal concierge Gustavo. Gustavo was very attentive and made sure my sister and I had the best trip an that we were able to do everything we wanted and more! Truly my favorite all inclusive yet!

The resort was beautiful and clean, the grounds were well maintained. The room was clean but dated. The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed Great service and attention to detail was provided by our concierge Catalina. The activities team, especially Eric, Julio, Raul helped make the days fun and engaging, and we really enjoyed the aqua aerobics and aqua Zumba. Santiago was amazing in remembering our order by the pool and went above and beyond. Gustavo provided up with great service at the Baha Grill Steak House.

Room service was easy and very accessible. The housekeeper was nice and she left our room spotless. It’s their slow season so there wasn’t a lot of people so there was ample space even though there was a wedding party having dinner, there was enough space to go around. Lastly, all of the staff was nice and hospitable. I would definitely go back. Not much as far as entertainment though. More relaxing

AMAZING! This experience exceeded our expectations. We were greeted at the gate by security who then let our airport driver in to drop us right at the front door. We were then taken to the concierge desk where they checked us in and explained several amenities they had. We met Gustavo, our personal concierge, who then gave us a tour and took us to the buffet restaurant for a late lunch. While our room was being finished, we ate and then talked with the travel/excursion concierge who helped us plan our days. Then when our room was ready Gustavo texted us, met us at the travel desk and then took us to our room. And that was just the first hour. The rest of the trip was just like that. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Just absolutely would recommend this resort to everyone! Every bit of food we had was also amazing!! We were there 4 days and didn’t have time to try all the options. But the ones we did have were delicious.

The staff was beyond helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left. I did not encounter any staff memeber that was unwilling to go above and beyond. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cold beverage. The check-in process was fast and painless. Once we got to our room, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurants served good food. The pools were clean. The music was not too loud. The kids area was welcoming and clean.

Our room had a old smell like mold and the sliding door was broken on arrival and we attempted to use the ceiling fan and a bunch of dust flew off, we could see the dust build up.

Absolutely loved the restaurants and staff! The restaurants were amazing, a special shout out to Bon Vivant. They made our last night very special

The room was clean but outdated. There was a strong smell of like old wet clothes.they put us in the old building. We came to see the wedding areas and couldn’t because there were blocked off. The adult pools closed early. The food was ok(the best was the tacos(close @4)and the breakfast was good. Staff great ok except for the Mexican restaurant-they were kind of rude. The front desk staff told me they would decorate my room for my birthday (as this was my birthday trip) they never came to do so. The pools are nice and warm
