Property is nice. Did not appreciate being charged $450 for a 3rd person when I had already told them there will be 3 of us. Did not need an extra bed or anything else added to the room so the charge was simply a money grab

Very run down property Not a 5 star hotel at all Everything smells and nothing feels clean or luxurious The food at all the restaurants are the lowest quality and very overpriced. The service is not good at all and you have to keep asking personnel for the chairs and umbrellas by the pool. I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time here

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach view. Spacious hotel room. Very clean and comfortable Music near the pool is on til 8:00pm. Typically very loud music. Seems to be more place for 20 to 30 year olds. Restaurants on the property have limited menus and are very expensive. However, food is well prepared and delicious. Just expect to pay high end prices.

The room was really basic and not what I expected. While the overall design of the hotel is beautiful, the “Always Me” rooms are located below the lobby, which felt a bit off. This is also not an adults-only hotel—there weren’t a lot of kids, but there were definitely children in the view, which took away from the vibe I was going for. On a positive note, the food at Taboo was actually the best part of the stay. That aside, I’d probably book an all-inclusive resort next time for a more complete experience.

Everything was beautiful about the hotel. The service provided by all employees were perfect. I was blown out of my mind with their memory of my name, which is not that easy to say. And not just one person. Whether it was at a restaurant or by the beach, all the managers and hostesses had remembered my name and I’m sure others also. The only downside of both this hotel and I guess the whole Cabo area is very expensive.
