The location was perfect for us and the room was nice, Carlos was excellent help and we would stay again. The only thing was the parking is a bit hard.

Nice place :-)
We enjoyed our stay. Its close enough to walk to downtown and it has great views from the roof top pools. It is clean and the staff is very nice. The price is also very good.

Nice place but...
Nobody there to check us in. Found a maid/cleaner in the hall. She found someone after 25 minutes. Construction noise on the next phase (?) was persistent. Nobody around to check us out so I wrote a note and left it with the key on a table in the foyer. Suite was nice and clean. Not much of a sofa bed. Long way from the beach.

People who work there are all very kind and nice. The space was big and the price was very reasonable. Such a good location. Very close to downtown. It was a good deal. Glad we could stay there.

Se metieron a nuestra habitacion a la media noche, alguien que tenia llave entro sin tocar ni preguntar simplemente entro, le gritamos y se salio justificando que se habia equivocado ain embargo despues de que lo sacamos pusimos seguro y sigio intentando abrir la puerta hasta que golpeamos la puerta y le gritamos que se fuera, claramente no pudimos dormir por el miedo, les escribimos al whatsApp de contacto del lugar y su respuesta fue que eso no estaba en sus manos, no nos resolvieron nada ni nos dieron opciones para remediar la situacion, era nuestra priemr noche de 3 les dijimos que no nos quedariamos las otras dos exigimos un rembolso cosa que dijeron no poder hacerlo por las politicas de expedia, fue una terrible experiencia, nada recomendable, inseguro ruidoso todo el tiempo, sin privacidad, olia a humedad y a cocina sucia.

Se escucha como si estuviera unas lavadoras, no es muy fuerte, la televisión no servía ni con control ni manualmente, los vecinos del otro cuarto hablaban muy alto durante una hora , se escucha todos los ruidos del otro cuarto… pudiese ser establecer reglas de ruido después de las 11 pm , por alrededor le falta limpieza y no hay estacionamiento

Es buen lugar para el precio, llegar es facil y rapido a todas partes, falta que arreglen el estacionamiento se me hace muy empinado, cuargo muy bonitos y comodos para llegar a dormir, alberca excelente, y buen restaurantes. Necesitan mejorar en la comunicacion de la recepcion al huesped.
