We had a great experience at Pueblo Bonito Rose during our first visit to Los Cabos. The resort was clean, well maintained, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The food was good and we enjoyed the variety offered. One of the best parts about this hotel is its location, it sits on the best beach in the area. Unlike many other beaches in Los Cabos, you can actually swim in the ocean here. Just be sure you’re comfortable with strong waves. There were a couple of moments that could have been better, for example, a pair of bartenders saw me waiting for several minutes but didn’t mention they were closed until I asked for service. A quick heads-up would have been appreciated. We’ve been to Mexico many times, mostly on the Caribbean side and also to Puerto Vallarta, and I did feel that the local culture here wasn’t quite as warm as in other parts of the country. That said, we still felt welcome and had a positive stay. The hotel could benefit from some updates, but it’s comfortable and well kept. I would definitely return. Parents should note that at night on the public beach in front of the hotel there are people selling drugs. We never felt unsafe, but it’s something to be aware of if traveling with children. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back.

Mi amiga y yo reservamos dos habitaciones, llegamos al atardecer al entrar los cuartos olian a pura humedad y asi dormimos, desperte con dolor de cabeza y nauseas con el olor. Hable a recepcion y algo hicieron que el olor se fue. Dos niñas que durmieron en la misma cama despertaron con sus piernas llenas de ronchas, el enfermero del hotel las reviso y dedujo que fue algun animal rastrero dentro de la habitacion, recomendo que nos cambiaran el cuarto y no lo hicieron solo lo limpiaron. Ese dia despues de cenar mi hija comenzo con malestar estomacal, estuvo vomitando por la noche, duro el dia siguiente en cama con temperatura, el enfermero la reviso pero el no podia recetarle nada. El doctor la reviso y traia una infeccion, gerencia querian que yo pagara 150 dolares, yo me negue rotundamente y al final se hicieron responsable pero yo tuve que pagar por el medicamento. Mi inversion fue mas de $3,000 incluidos dos tours que no pudimos disfrutar. Fue una total pesadilla. Pedi copia de los reportes medicos y dijeron que salir me los darian. Los pedi para tener referencia de lo ocurrido y se negaron a darmelos. Tengo fotos de las niñas con las piernas llenas de ronchas, tengo la receta que me dio el doctor, si gustan pruebas, esas son las que tengo y se las puedo proporcionar. Confie en los review que vi en Expedia ya que no es la primera vez que reservo y no hay palabras para describir mis vacaciones que fue una pesadilla.
