We have stayed at many resorts in Cabo, but Villa del Palmar is our favorite. Every time we try new place we are always disappointed and go back to Villa del Palmar for our next vacation. We are finished trying to shop around. Villa del Palmar is the best and our go to every time.

Nice resort for the price. They have lots of options for things to do that you can buy right from the resort. Signing a piece of paper after every meal/drink is quite annoying. The wifi was also down my entire trip due to reasons they wouldnt say. But the location is great, the resort is nice and very close to downtown cabo.

Food was good, we made a reservation at farm to table. It took an extremely long time to get anything food or drink, and the food was not very good. Also ordering drinks took a little longer than it should have need a few more bartenders. Other than that everything was excellent

I was told there is no upgrades and the staff at check in was rude i was also trying to get a king size bed they said they only had queen, but it was not a Queen it was a double bed The store on site was very expensive paying a 8-dollar exchange rate

According to hotel staff, the system was hacked a week before our arrival. No internet, no Wi-Fi and management did not bother letting us know when we could cancel and change hotel. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience. We spent a lot of money in roaming charges. We decided to change the hotel before the end of our stay and now I want a refund of the days we did not stay as the hotel did not fulfill the promise of Wi-Fi

great place with gorgeous beach and sea. clear water. clean beach. amazing food. friendly hotel workers. What could be better: area not very walkable, hotel offered room with one bed, one unfoldable couch for 4 people for a 2 week stay, had to have a long discussion with staff to get a room with two queen beds. no drying racks for swimsuits in the room. for new year's celebration dinner was $70 per person for an all inclusive package, which is unreasonable. no buggy boards available for use at the non-motorized sports, only peddle boards and kayaks. Hotel shop prices for essentials are unreasonably high. on the departure date couldn't use facilities to the full (i.e., use beach and shower at the spa since no access to a room after 11am), as staff informed that all inclusive access ends upon checkout at 11am, while we did not leave until 3pm to the airport. had to discuss with staff to keep our all inclusive bracelets for lunch, but lost the option to use the pool and beach with no access to shower. it is reasonable for hotel to not only to allow but to offer people with all inclusive deals to keep their bracelets and full access to the property until they leave for the airport.
