Ive stayed at this property a number of times through the years and loved it for its clean and energetic staff. After this trip I noticed that there are starting to be a good amount of wear and tear on the rooms. Mold spots, panels are withering from the humidity m, and a few other bits. The staff is still one of the best, but the property is going downhill.

The staff weren't friendly that much. We only had two working outlets in our room which sucks if you have multiple devices like we did. Did not like the policy for the restaurants. Need to definitely come up with a better system. like creating reservations. Other than that we had a good time. I would recommend to someone else. RIU gets a mixed reviews but I can say my stay was on the good side of the reviews.

It was very humid when we stayed. Some large fans in the common area (evening entertainment) in the evenings would be helpful. Not just for guests, but for your staff. There needs to be some air circulation.

The restart itself was fun I’ll say but the food was very mid, restaurants at the property where okay not very well season a lot of the food served was cold. Overall very chill resort

The reason I rated this resort 2-Stars is because the higher end food like the stake house and the italian restaurant had terrible food. What is insane is that the all-you-can-eat restaurant had tastier food than the higher-end restaurants. What is let down. The property was just ok, not special, not fancy, nothing to be excited for. There were a good amount of riff-raffs (if you get my point), so that brings the quality of people down. Personally, do yourself a favor and dont cheap yourself out and pay a little extra for a better resort.

Reception staff was not available when a need to advise of trip delays was caused by airline cancellation. Attempts by phone and e-mails went unanswered by myself , and Expedia for 12 hours . Finally contact made by Expedia , but when arrived the next day ,and subject brought up, the response was avoided and and I was made to feel not truthful by staff . POOR CUSTOMER SVC

The resort was nice, but a little underwhelming compared to where we have stayed before. The food was okay and the only lunch options are the buffet or another grab & go station. The entertainment was lacking, and the drinks were terrible with the cheap liquor that they use to make them. The staff was nice and friendly but one again we have had better. Cabo was very safe, and we traveled multiple times downtown to shop.

The property is beautiful and clean with friendly staff. Our oceanfront room was nice, the food and drinks were great too. Our stay was very nice and relaxing.
