The property is gorgeous! Three pools, several bars and a great coffee spot. My only complaint: my room smelled.of mildew. It seeped into my clothes and clothbag. The smell came out after washig but I willnot accept a roomin the lowest level again

We had an exceptional stay. The resort was very clean and had a lot of food options and entertainment/activities during our stay. The staff was very friendly as well. However, we did need a couple of things restocked in our room, which we did have to request 3 times before it was done. The third time we did notify them that we had asked a couple of times since the morning before, after this they restocked fairly quickly and called to follow up. Our main concern was food due to an egg allergy. However, at the main buffet the chef came out and spoke with us personally. He went as far as saying we could ask for him anytime we dined there and he could make items without egg if we saw something we wanted to try but couldnt.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Property was clean. Rooms had a weird odour if the AC was off…and the food was not good. One restaurant was closed every day, the pool chairs were always stained and the cabana that covered them was old and barely blocked the sun…
