We enjoyed the adults only aspect of this resort and the higher quality food and drinks! We have stayed at this resort twice now and will be back! Everything was excellent!!

Food was mediocre at best. The buffet at the RIU Cancun Las Americas is what we compare it to and it's not even close with food quality. Room has a tub in the middle of the room, waste of space. Entertainment nightly was disappointing compated to the RIU in Cancun. It's ok but not very entertaining. The RIU parties are overrated and too crowded at the Santa Fe next door. the pool could have been cooler and the water was low making the infinity edge on 2 pools not so great. It was ok but not like the Cancun Las Americas, that was much better.

I love my experience with Riu, friendly and professional staffs, clean facility, everything was amazing except some of the alcohol they are reserving us are cheap, low quality. You could really tell and taste it. They are using the brand of the bottle but inside it was a different alcohol, they are refilling it with cheap one

Would definitely stay here again. Great restaurants, entire area was clean, pool was awesome, with lots of entertainment. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. One if the best we have experienced. Check in and out very simple and quick. Only thing you can not go in the ocean from the beach. Current is to high. Over all stay was perfect!

I want to give this hotel a higher rating but i cant. Not due to the hotel itself but the people staying at this hotel. They were loud, rude to staffing, socially unaware etc. The hotel itself was great, super clean and modern. The food was pretty good "for a RIU" and I mean that. Our favorite was Kristal and the Asian restaurant here. Lastly, please be aware that this is a hotel thats giving Temu boujie on on a budget. And the poeple here match it. If i could sum this hotel into a couple of words its Ghetto fabulous. Period.

As far as customer service and cleanliness, this property was perfect. The staff was amazing, always working to make your stay as great as possible. Truly the worst part of my stay was rude guests on the property who were entitled, loud, self centered and impossible to please. From watching youtube videos on their phones at full volume while at dinner seated next to us, to yelling at the staff to refill their drinks while not tipping. I know no one can help with rude people. My only tip is put blinders on when it comes to other guests. The property and staff is as close to perfect as you can get for what you pay.

The property was generally what we expected, as we've stayed at a Riu location before (PV). One major difference was that most of the staff did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the staff at the money exchange were extremely rude, which was disappointing. Also, the bell staff never helped us with our bags arriving or departing, very different experience from our PV stay. On a positive note, the photo team was incredibly friendly and made that experience a highlight of our trip--side note it's a bit pricey, definitely worth it. Since we chose to stay onsite for the duration of our trip, it would have been nice to have some "CABO" signage or designated photo spots around the resort for guests. It would add a fun and memorable touch to the property. Also, add a mail stop for guests to send postcards. We purchased them in the giftshop but sending was a nightmare. We went to all three properties, and no luck sending. The evening shows were fantastic! We were especially happy to end our trip on Tuesday night with the Mariachi performance—it was definitely a highlight. Given that we arrived on Saturday, we would have been disappointed to miss them. It might be worth considering rotating that performance in more often, as the expectations around it were clearly high among guests. The variety of restaurants is just enough. We highly recommend the Italian one, chef's kiss. Overall great stay, we were able to relax, and reset!
