It was a fun girl friends trip for us, overall it’s a nice hotel , some staff are very nice but some are not very friendly. The facility can be upgraded a little bit. We do enjoy all the parties at the Santa Fe side but can still enjoy the more calm side at the Palace. Food selection need to be more choices and need to improve. Thank you Raul and Oscar they were the really nice staff that we enjoyed their service.

Great value for what you are getting. Everyone was friendly, service was great, food was great with lots of options. Only downside of the hotel was that it was a bit on the older side and pools were warm. Infinity pools were a great touch with breathtaking views. Would definitely book a stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Stayed at the Riu Palace in Cabo for 5 days and loved it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Staff were super friendly with good customer service. special shoutout to Oscar at the buffet and Yamilet for taking such great care of us. The food was tasty with lots of variety, and there was plenty of entertainment during the day. Overall, an awesome experience!

Horrible experience! Our room ac was not working they moved us one night the others we had no choice but to stay in our assigned room. Enrique (manger) horrible attitude. Was not helpful or would be accommodate our needs as we payed a lot of money for poor quality of a room.
