This was our first time at Cabo San Lucas and also in a Riu property, we had a great time. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Food was great and we had no problems going to any special restaurants. We have everything that we need inside the resort The pool area staff is excellent 😃👍

Nice attractive property. Food was good, plenty of choices, and adequate seating room. Service was good and staff more friendly than I’ve seen in PV resorts. Great to have access to the Santa Fe and Baja hotels right next door to the RIU Palace. Pools were good. But, don’t think about swimming in the ocean in front of the hotels, the surf has quite a rip to it and it’s red-flagged year-round. No issue, there’s plenty of scuba excursions available from the downtown Marina. We did a sunset cruise from there… food wasn’t much to write home about, although the excursion and sights more than made up for it. Would we go back to the RIU? Already thinking about it… our new favourite destination.

This property was beautiful, I recommend 100%. The hospitality was amazing all around the entire resort. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing as well. This is for sure the place to stay.

Excellent property, very safe and very clean. Friendly staff and good variety of food. Hotel rooms are little old and outdated but rest was great. No swimming allowed near hotel on beach due to big slope and not safe, you have to walk 20mins to find a safe place to swimm in the ocean. However i truly enjoyed the resort and their sister property.
