The staff was very polite and helpful with some going above and beyond. The resort has a nice layout with plenty of options for food and entertainment. Overall, we would recommend. The only downfall was structural. The walls are very thin so you can plainly hear the relations of your neighbors or morning sickness. The shower leaked water and some electrical outlets didn’t work.

Been to this hotel 4 times and very much enjoy it! Very clean, good food and good drinks (actual name brand liqour). With this hotel you have full access to the Sante Fe Next door and the adults only resort (Baja) beside that one as well. The Sante Fe is great for the water slides or the HUGE Foam parties. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a high energy resort with lots to do.

Getting into transfer too 2 hours. Specialty Restaurants did not take reservations and I either did not get to eat at them or had to wait hours to get in. The Steak restaurant was pretty good. The Italian was terrible. The rest of the food at the buffets was fair. The room was pretty good, but the place is set up such that I needed to pack a lunch to get from the room to the main areas.

From the time we checked in to the time we left Staff was Amazing! Down by the pools Gustavo and Ulisis were wonderful and very attentive. You can tell that the staff is very proud of the hotel and are constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean . Only had a couple of disappointing things the Rui app doesn't give enough information on things that are going on at the resort and the restaurants are not shown at the correct locations. Second unfortunate thing was after waiting for an hour and a half for the steakhouse we were treated to a cold meal. The staff was very busy and friendly no fault of their own. The Buffet was Great with many choices. We absolutely Loved this resort and can’t wait to return.
