Such an amazing stay at Riu Santa Fe. The staff were super friendly and always chatty, the place was constantly being cleaned and did not feel dirty at all. The food was surprisingly good and had lots of options at their many restaurants. Overall a wonderful experience, would go back with no complaints!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Riu Santa Fe! The staff were so pleasant, kind, and helpful! All the food options were great and the entertainment was phenomenal!

The resort was a 9/10. I just don’t like the fact that there is a lot of walking to get to places. The property is so big it gets annoying, but other than that, the resort was fantastic.

Our room was cleaned one time during our 5 days. Mini bar was restocked one time. I downloaded Riu app did not work to request items. Called receptionist desk several times would not answer, and to check in was 1 hour 45 minutes. It rained last day, and our room some what flooded with water to both rooms. Was not notified from hotel of safety. My son slipped and fell. Housekeeping did not assist with excess of water on floor. Upon check out the clerk said I pay other sanitary fees, I told her no I already paid upon check in, I am not paying additional fees. Notify travelers in advance if there should be fees to be added.

Pools were nice and rooms were comfortable. Lots of options for meals, but I feel food quality could be better. I also would like to have servers around the pools.

It was very beautiful!!! We loved it there. Andala? our photographer (Sun 8/17/25 5:30pm session) was so nice and attentive! She took great family pictures and had patience with our daughter who has a disability. This is always my go to hotel in Los Cabos. So many things to do on the resort. You don't even have to leave as they have on site night life. (Club is ok) But pool parties are where it's at. It's a quick 10min Uber ride downtown, for nightlight and other activities. Friendly staff. Very clean.

I honestly really enjoyed my stay although it is all ages it was very fun and kids don’t bother me tbh staff was super friendly and food was amazing as well!!! Just be very careful when out with your belongings both of my friends got their phone and wallet stolen by staff so just hold on tight !!! And be alert with ur things other than that you’re good:)
