This property is 3 stars at best. If they invested as much into the accommodation as the actual parties it would be a lot better. Ceilings were leaky and falling, bathrooms were moldy, closets were filthy. It's clear that there's no deep cleaning done at the resort.

I stayed at this resort in September 2025 and overall I’d give it a 7/10. I was expecting more, but it wasn’t the worst—there were definitely some good things. The property is huge and looks nice, but for its size it only has two restaurants, and after 6 PM it was nearly impossible to get a table. One of them is just another buffet, and the food had very little variety. The resort is known for being fun, yet the pool bar had no music during the day—guests had to bring their own speakers. Another issue I had was with the drinks. Even though this is an all-inclusive, my girlfriend was often told there was a “limit,” which made no sense. She was never drunk or causing problems, so it felt unfair and frustrating. It honestly upsets me to leave a review like this because I was really looking forward to having the best time on my first trip to Cabo. I’m not someone who usually speaks badly about places, but I wanted to share my honest experience in hopes it might help others.

The service was great except for the front check in desk lady was rude unprofessional . But everything else was excellent the room , pools and beach were clean. Party pool was great! We had a super vacation I recommend it.

Huge property lotta walking that’s OK but the service and the staff waiting. They were ignorant and didn’t help a lot of people. They just sat there talking among himself doing nothing and not serving the people so unfortunately they gotta understand that’s how if they can make wanna make money all they have to do is take care of people and they’ll tip you Food is OK but the hurricane kind of came close by so things got shut down a bit but overall, I think it was like a 3 1/2 star resort I’d never go back to RIU

“I would recommend this property overall. Guests with early arrivals should consider requesting early check-in or planning activities prior to the standard check-in time, as I arrived around 11 a.m. and was unable to access my room until 3 p.m. Unfortunately, this required waiting with my luggage in the heat. I eventually requested a different room due to the delay. The dining options did not meet my expectations, but despite these challenges, I would stay here again.”

We would like to thank you for the exceptional service and the wonderful all-inclusive experience. We truly enjoyed the good times and the hospitality. The only issues we encountered were that the room initially had some grain drops, and one of the light bulbs was filled with water. Thankfully, maintenance responded quickly and fixed everything right away, which we really appreciated. The food was very delicious and enjoyable, but unfortunately there were quite a few flies around the food, which was the only real downside. We do wish there had been more control over that. Overall, the service and experience were great, and while we would give the stay a 10 for effort and hospitality, our honest rating would be a 7 due to those minor issues.

Baja California buffet restaurant had all the 3 espresso coffee machine out of service for the all day. It was reported to the captain in the morning and still none of the machines were not working at 8 pm. Suggestion. Have support service 4 hrs service or extra machin to accommodate clients request.
