The food is trash pigeons are EVERYWHERE they are relentlessly around you trying to get food. Plates are dirty and there’s no elevators Cabo is beautiful but this place is trashhhhhh

It was a fun place; it's a party place is why we picked it. Our teenagers graduated so they were looking for a fun place. It has a great nighttime club and a cool sports bar. I would go if you are looking to party. The food was ok; service was really good. I would stay there again for sure.

First time at RIU and we loved it! Staff are so friendly. Rooms are renovated and so clean. Food is good and too many options and restaurants to choose from.Beautiful resort with fabulous view of Cabos. The beach was beautiful but non swimmable all our stay so we had to go to the marina to be able to swim in a calmer water.The resort full of fun activities and parties but lacks any water/ beach activities! Also, the internet connection was not good at all! But I do recommend it and you will enjoy your vacation! One of the best resorts I have been, I liked it more than Barcelo or Iberostar.

i didnt like that you couldnt swim on the beach so i had to go to other beaches and rent umbrella and lounge chairs for 40.00. other than that it was amazing. entertainment every night

Great stay, but be aware of weekend room policy Overall, our stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The food was amazing — from the restaurants to the unlimited room service, everything we tried was delicious and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a peaceful family getaway. However, one major issue we had was with the hotel’s weekend room policy. If your stay includes a Saturday, they reserve the right to move you to a different room, even if you’ve paid for a specific view. We had paid extra for a beachfront room, but after being moved, the new view was a disappointment. On top of that, there was a security light that shined directly into our window all night, making it hard to sleep. It’s a shame because everything else was great, but that room switch really took away from the experience. Just be aware if you’re staying over the weekend, this could happen. Still, the food and overall vibe of the hotel were excellent!

Definitely a party resort which was what my group was looking for. The resort is very nice. The staff were very nice and the grounds were kept very clean. It’s all inclusive so there is a lot of food but all mediocre. The alcohol is all bottom shelf with no option to upgrade available. We could not get the free WiFi to work all 3 days, and then they charged my husband for the WiFi he connected to.

Parties are pretty dope! Would definitely rebook! Resort is maintained clean really good, staff is super friendly and it was a great experience for wife & I. Only waited like 5mins for check in! It was a great first impression
