The security was exceptional—only guests were allowed on the property, and their presence added a strong sense of safety throughout our stay. The restaurants offered a diverse selection of meals, and the bartenders provided excellent service with great attention to detail. The entertainment staff truly elevated the experience and played a major role in making the trip a memorable success.

The property is nice but probably not so accessible for some. Lots of walking. The food for the most part was good, some places the food was a bit cold even though it was just put out. The entertainment/activities weren’t the best compared to other places. There were definitely some staff that were very friendly and others not so much.

Very nice resort the staff work incredibly hard to keep it clean all day and everyone was super friendly. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because most of the food was below average, I would be pretty disappointed if I had to pay for the same food at a restaurant.

2nd time staying at a RIU with my family of 5 (ages 12-19). Great friendly service from ALL staff. Dining options were good. Will stay at a RIU again!!

The only downside was not being able to swim at the beach but the swim able one is a short walk on the beach so really not that big of a deal

Place offers best bang for the buck. Nice pools and water park. Staff steals guests'clothing that gets left behind at dinning areas so be ware. Also some of the staff have a poor disposition and not friendly at all. Check in staff are all over the place and not pleasant. You have to fight to get the room you want.

The RIU is a nice resort. Its very spread out though and our room was on the opposite side of the resort so there was a ton of walking. Especially to get to the Front desk or Uber pickup area. They dont allow Uber to pick you up at the front of the resort so you have to walk a few hundred yards to the pickup zone which isnt fun. Also, the food got a little boring after having the same things over and over at the buffets. Some of the cooks didnt even know what kind of meat they were serving so one lady said pork, the next said it was chicken and the next day she said beef which im positive wasnt beef. Other than that, it was really nice. Clean and friendly staff!

Someone stole my water bottle from the pool area and I’m very disappointed as it was a gift. Otherwise the trip was good I just got the worst burn of my life but that wasn’t the resort’s fault.
