Our room was clean, if we needed anything room service came within an hour of our request! Bar staff was amazing by day 2 they remembered our names and drinks! Parties were wow amazing!! Pools so many options

The resort is updated and the room is very clean. The staff are all very polite and professional. The pool area is also very clean. One of the best is the RIU pool party the DJ is awesome and the music is excellent. The bad side is uber cannot pick traveler up in front of the resort and also no control on mosquito. I kill 5-10 mosquito daily after the cleaning lady open my room for cleaning and I got around 20 mosquitoes bits after stayed for 5 days.

Steak restaurant is not good, steak was so thin and skinny not look as picture., take 45 mins to prepare meal. Not recommend

Super fun place for any birthday, bachelorette, or any occasion! It’s not safe to swim at the beach but the pools compensate for it. The food was good, we specially liked the Italian restaurant. The staff keeps everyone entertained with night shows, pool exercises and RIU party. A must go!
