Alejandra is great I believe she was the supervisor at the pool! And also the gentleman forgot his name. It could be Marco, they are both awesome! Love their energy and enthusiasm! However, one front desk lady was awful! She has this attitude that my husband and I didn’t like. The she talk and give customer service was under appreciated. We come to have fun and enjoy our vacation not to argue for a bottle of water. Things like this should not be tolerated. Over all we treated the staff with kindness and respect through tips and nice gestures. With all due respect they all work so hard to keep the guest happy and enjoy their holidays. Anyway, still thinking if I should recommend this place to my family and friends. Also the place was under renovation. They should mention that during the booking. And lack of pool access.

Cafeteria had birds flying around buffet, staff was very unfriendly. During our last day a person had an accident near the adult pool, he was badly injured and hotel doctor took 20 minutes to get to him. Construction around pool very unsafe. Inside pool one of the lamps was broken, my husband complained it took more than 1 hour for someone to come fix it. Room was clean. Nice beach view.

Enjoy the adult pool, but the big pool was not available on all sides because of all of the construction going on and the repairs so there were not enough chairs to go around It would have been nice to know that they were at the middle of a construction product because not all restaurants were open. Snack bar was never open.

We enjoyed the buffet and the pool. The drinks were alcohol light so if you want something stronger just stop by the store before you get to the resort. Make sure to make reservations a day before for the Japanese restaurant and for other amenities and restaurants Great time!!

The people were all very nice and helpful. They all get 5 stars. Facilities and food were 3-4 stars. We came during slow season so there was a lot of construction which was understandable but also a little bit of a bummer as the water was low in the pools and the property in general felt a little run down. Food was fine for the few days we were there, but would be a little tough to enjoy for a full week. Overall we got a good deal on it and our 3 year old loved the Noah’s ark pool slides.

Pool construction was terrible, drinks were terrible, shows only for 25 minutes also cancelled show last day on 9/17/25, sorry but we won’t come back to royal solaris, we couldn’t swim to the beach either 😢
