We like staying at the Santa Maria hotel and do so often. This visit two pillows were missing pillow cases and garbage from the prior guest was still in one trash can. The quality of the mattresses between rooms is inconsistent, with some good and some thin and hard. It was very loud on Saturday night with guests being loud and disrespectful. Yelling and talking loudly.

Room was disgusting and looked nothing like the photos… there were bugs in the room, paint was peeling off of the walls, the soap dispenser was broken, the drapes did not cover the windows fully, the drapes had holes and were discolored, and all of the light bulbs were different colors. I could hear everything the people were doing in the rooms around me, including lots of door slamming and screaming.

The property is old and needs to start renovations. Breakfast was was plentiful but not so tasty and lacking meat of any kind. All beans and tortillas with scramble eggs. The staff was great. Kind and helpful including the service and registration desk. Overal is a good place to stay

Great hotel location but the air conditioner in the room wasn't working initially yet the staff was attentive. Also they need to clean up a bit of the landscaping. Great room size for the price with a nice dinner but they need a TV in that common dinner area. Also WiFi needs to improve.

The outside area of the property is fine. They don't have elevators and it makes difficulty if you have large luggage. The room is old, but this is ok, however it is not clean. They can improve in the cleanliness.
