We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos for our 38th Wedding Anniversary. Our room, the grounds, the pools were amazing. The food was delicious, special thanks to Saul at Oceana, Bruno at El Patio & Charlie at Himitsu. Your service was impeccable! Thanks also to Abelardo and Jorge our servers at the infinity pool who kept not only us but all the guests hydrated and fed during our days long hanging poolside. We are already planning our next visit. Gracias!

Everywhere we dined we had to wait for at least an hour even when it was considered off season being there. Dining options were limited and not many varieties. Waiter at the pool treated us like minors and was rude when we ordered drinks when we were there for 3 hours and was on our 3rd drink. I been to many resorts before and never had that happened. So disappointed with our stay.

I traveled as a single woman and I felt safe and comfortable. I ate brunch every day and it was off the charts. Fresh, all your favorite traditional brunch items plus an assortment of Mexican cuisine. Posole bar alone deserves 5 stars! I don’t speak Spanish, that wasn’t a problem. The staff was courteous, helpful. They were fun. The area was beautiful. Don’t miss the art walk in town! It’s all inclusive, and they don’t skimp. It was peaceful, quiet. The rooms are gorgeous. I’d recommend& for sure will return!

This was our second time staying at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos and we once again had an amazing time. It was good to see Ivan and Delmar were still on staff with the entertainment team, they always ensure everyone has a good time.

Staff was great for service. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect temperature, the bars were awesome. Also very secure. The food was ok. Among the 8 restaurant options on the property only one really nailed it in terms of cuisine. Two negatives to watch out for. First, is that upon check-in they hit you immediately trying to upgrade you to a VIP section for more money, and scheduling presentations to sell you on the Hyatt timeshare equivalent, offering massive discounts as incentives on substantially overpriced services in the first place. Very annoying when you first check in. Second, their system apparently does not make it obvious that the trip was paid for already through Expedia. Even so far as to explain to me that Expedia didn't actually charge my card. So they double charged me and I had to prove the trip was paid for already for them to refund the double charge. It was taken care of the same day but it was on me to handle it.
