Wish I had had more time!

Unfortunately, my trip was too short to be able to give a full review. But we loved the location (near the grocery store, Costco, and only about 4 miles from downtown Los Cabos). And although the room itself would benefit from some upgrades, it was clean; and we enjoyed the partial ocean view. We didn't get a chance to see just how heated the pools were, but we noticed many others taking advantage of them. There was also a hot tub and a fire pit... The hotel is perched atop boulders, so access to the beach would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The grounds are well-kept; and there is a security gate, and free parking/valet... We visited for Valentine's Day, and the weather was in the low 70s which is too cool for me personally to swim in the sea; but I love the beach nonetheless and am looking forward to visiting again soon.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Beautiful pool area and connected beach. The views were incredible. Able to walk to a grocery store (20 minutes away). The food on site was amazing.

First off we booked for one night but was booked for the night before. We tried to change the date within the hour because we were catching the red eye flight. No cancellation even though we would not check in till the next day. Nothing Expedia could do..after two weeks trying. Expedia blamed it on the hotel. Expedia finally gave us a credit for just $200 not the $350 we paid. When we took the $200 credit and rebooked for the next day we wanted in the first place..they gave us a garden view instead of ocean..even though we paid more and was not our fault. The sub par garden view we got was not great. We decided to go for dinner on the property and I had 2 blended drinks and a margarita and ordered the cheese chorizo tacos; My bill was $100 CAD. Was like wth..maybe an ounce of chorizo and half a brick of cheese. My Moms was $80..she had 2 drinks and 3 Baja shrimp tacos…We learned a lesson…never go through Expedia again..even the front desk girl agreed. Expedia lied through their teeth and lost our business forever. The stairs down to the beach are not ok for older, crumbling and prob 50 stairs to the beach. So many stairs, over priced everything. I’m sad I got sucked into this Venus fly trap. Spend your money elsewhere.

The views from this property were gorgeous. The pool staff were so nice and friendly. The room received was not what I booked. The restaurant was extremely overpriced as were the drinks by the pool. You were not allowed to bring any of your own food or drinks near the pool. $10 uber ride away from any other dining options. Very quiet resort, which for us was nice. Felt safe…. Lots of seniors

The staff, waiters and personal service is exceptional. The clientele likewise is amiable and well behaved. Special activities and programs were enlightening and fun. We would go back in a heart beat. We think that the location and views are among the best in the Cabo area. Environment and the proximity of the Hyatt Vacation Club to the Cabo and San Jose del Cabo is greatly enhanced if you rent a car. Friendly/Clean/Safe/Beautiful/

The property was beautiful and the view from my bldg 1 penthouse was outstanding. The staff was kind and very attentive. The one draw back was the food was just average. Drinks by the pool were great however.

The property location is good. On day of check out our washer broke. So we had clothes in washer and could not move out at check out time. We went twice in person at front desk and conci erge and explained them situation. They confirmed not to worry and take time needed to dry clothes But still every 3 minutes we kept receiving call from front desk to check out. Every time a new person will call. Every time they asked how much longer..we explained them scenario we are ready to move out but our clothes have not dried as our washer broke and maintenance team took considerable time to fix it.. Finally we got tired and left with wet clothes and kept them in our rental car. Otherwise stay was good but check out experience spoiled everything

This property is a hidden gem. Perched on cliffs the views are priceless, the amenities and grounds are stunning and the staff are just lovable. You cannot go wrong by booking here. The cherry on top was the private clear water beach steps away. We came with our family of 5 and we couldn’t be happier. We felt safe and very well taken care of. We stayed in the small ocean view villla and the view was breathtaking and the suite was very comfortable and clean. We spent 5 days in early January and the clientele was a balanced mix of young couples, retirees, families and a small handful of friend groups. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The food and drinks were also generous and delicious! “Party”Cabo is only a quick 10 min drive away, so this makes for the perfect retreat. There are many grocery options close by and some hidden dining options as well, like Metate and Dolce Villa for ice cream. We highly recommend this place.

They want you to attend a presentation to purchase a membership with them. That was not mentioned when we made our reservations through Expedia, so it caught us off guard. We did go because of the incentives, but we didn't purchase.

Absolutely amazing experience here.I am a non shareholder here & was looking for a cost efficient & relaxing vacation. My expectations were met beyond what I could've imagined. I am already looking forward to going back! The rooms were amazing. Staff was the absolute best. Lots of activities & entertainment provided. One of the best resort gyms I've ever used. Hoping to go with the whole family next year.
