The housekeeper who serviced my room was immaculate. She did a good job. Always smiling even though she spoke no English. I believe the dinning room staff was a little color prejudice when it comes to service and the language barrier played a huge role. Things sold in the gift shop were very expensive and prices were vary based on the vendor. If you dont understand you will be robbed by the price they are selling things. Food was okay. They could have done more in terms of speciality knowing how strong their culture is. The snack bar only had burger, hot dogs and fries. Could offer a few healthier options too. The air conditioner is blowing directly in your face without options to adjust the blades. WiFi. This is a cheat, it doesn't work in the rooms and sometimes none at all on the property. Make no mistake please arrange transportation prior to trip because the price is wicked. The coffee shop staff members were friendly and welcoming especially the male worker, very helpful. (No English) but pull out your phone and ask your questions, he will help. There was a receptionist, dark skinned, she was also very helpful she is what you define as WOW customers satisfaction.

This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two.

The buffet food is good but the restaurants, that are available by reservation (or a prayer) are fantastic! The resort itself is stunning. If you’re looking for all inclusive vacation and not looking to leave the resort this is the place. *Note: Please be prepared for other travelers that may have been GREATLY OVER-SERVED. Had one night of screaming and cursing, no fault of the resort a testament to the bar I guess? Will Became a member. Will be back.
