The property was beautiful. I got the king suite with a fireplace because it’s so romantic. Well the fireplace didn’t work and they didn’t seem to care. Probably won’t go back or recommend just because of there attitude and not caring about my concern.

This hotel is located just outside of downtown Los Gatos and it is walkable distance to most of the downtown shops and restaurants. Downtown Los Gatos is very cute with numerous good shopping and dining options.

This was my second stay at this property and both times have been lovely. The town of Los Gatos is quaint wirh lots of delicious food options, shopping, and local parks. The hotel has a Tuscan vibe and the rooms are well appointed and the staff is always friendly. Would dedinitelt recommend to friends and guests.

Great stay!

Loved it. Easy check in, great clean room, plenty of parking, room service came and cleaned my room and left clean towels without having to ask, easy check out, etc. will definitely stay here again!
