The room was very dirty. There way urine film covering the bowl of the toilet, there way brown spots o the toilet seat, the carpet had not been vacuumed, there were piles of roach eggs surrounding the table legs, there were baby roaches flying around the room, there were two adult roaches on the dresser, when turning on and off the bathroom fan the rev up and rev down sounds like a five engine war plane taking off, there were dead roaches on the floor of the lobby right in front of the check in desk. This place needs to be shut down - it is a true safety hazard. I took a bunch of pictures and videos of what was in my room. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location to anyone else. I will tell them to stay away. I am sure I now have roach eggs on my belongings that will now need to be paced in the garage and bug-bombed, including my car. I am not exaggerating.

The bathroom tile was a little slippery, and the grab bar in the shower was not well placed. I was in a cast, so this was a pretty important feature for me. Otherwise, i like the property and will likely be back.

The location is perfectly situated for visiting multiple areas such as Santa Cruz and Saratoga. Lots of dining options in the area and the price was affordable. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The noise level in the room was significant throughout our stay as doors slam a bit too hard and seemingly shake the building. Thin walls make for some interesting laughs and sometimes covering of the ears... LOL. The room was clean but slightly outdated.

Inexpensive hotel in a beautiful location

The staff at the front desk were very, very nice and helpful. Very welcoming. The property is in a really beautiful location and the room was great for the price point, but the building is a little bit rundown
