Everything in this hotel is perfect The big nice pool, clean room and Air conditioning works perfectely for a nice vacation, everytime I traveled to Colima I stayed in this hotel.

Nice historic hotel in main plaza of city. Good for a short stop between Guadalajara and Manzanillo. Room was impressive with very high ceiling and that colonial feeling. Comfortable beds and good internet. The pool area in a small courtyard was nice to use once the sun was no longer overhead. Great value. Restaurant was just ok.

I can used room because this hotel no have parking lot for my car in the street have to much car i am call hotel explain problem need cancel the owner he see no problem cancel stay night i am see my credid card charge rooms need money back no my problem this property no have parking lot

This place is a trap. The pictures do not represent the state of the facility at all. There is no palapa in the common area. the place is run down and falling apart. There is no AC in the rooms. There is no wifi in the rooms. I stayed here for 4 of the 6 nights that I booked, and told myself that I enjoy camping and this was a step above camping. Then a storm came through and I had water pouring into my room in all areas of my room. This feels like an abandoned hotel that someone found a way to get power to, and started renting rooms out. The lady at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very pleasant. They did call the owner for me and the owner made zero effort to make this right. I also reached out to Hotels.com and they offered zero help or support. I asked them to investigate the place and I do not get the impression that they will. The view is amazing if you get an ocean front room. Bring a tent to set up and your cleaning supplies though. The pictures don't do it justice of how bad this place is. I wish I could post the videos I took.

No phone service to call front desk! Internet connection was down! Lots of mosquitoes in the trim have to ask to spray the room . Walls need to be painted!
