Check in was super easy. Location and room were great . However our bathroom door did not close at all . It was off the hinges. We went down to tell the front desk . They had someone come look at it who couldn’t fix it. He said he would be back and never came back . We had to go to the lobby multiple times to use the bathroom so we found this extremely inconvenient.

Our stay at the AC Hotel was great! The room was spotless, contemporary and comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They were willing to help and always offered assistance to us.
