I had a fraudulent booking at this property. I never checked in, I never stayed yet still got billed. Stay away from this property.

We stayed 5 nights at this property. Our room was only serviced after first night. We had to ask for towels several times and toilet paper. They would take our towels and not replace them. Trash was taken only half the time. When I brought the issues up to desk clerk they told me I had my do not disturb tag out. It was never touched and not even seen til last day hanging in closet area. Only positive experience was they moved us to a room that did not smell like a wet dog.

Staff was rude refuse to refund my money after I checked out, breakfast was horrible gravy cold juice was hot pillows smelled like body odor ,pool is down and the manager wanted to argue about me checking out because of the filthy room n a pool that didn't work,so he trying to argue with me about seeing a sign that was never there til after I complained , other ask about the pool and complained about the food . manager doesn't care and want to argue just poor management and dirty
