It was easy to get to from interstate There wasn't any hot water for 3 mornings in a row They ran out of food 3 days in a row - Twice we had to go to management and get towels as the cleaning personnel took ours and left us none They overbooked and never had enough help

Very little parking available, and what was available was a good walk making it difficult to carry in bags. Hot water was barely warm and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Took twice as long trying to get the soap off and cold the entire time due to the water temperature. Breakfast was free so considering that, it wasn't bad, kept running out of everything, only had 1 person trying to do everything, felt bad for her.

This is a very new property so in great shape!! Cleanliness was good and the room was a good size with a king sized bed, couch, desk and luggage rack. Dorm sized refrigerator and small microwave came in handy. Stairwells were clean and carpeted. Breakfast was complementary and included the typical options. This part of Clarksville seems pretty new with lots of retail and chain restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at Walkons Sports Bistreaux. Fresh food, clean, good service.
