There is so mich to day about this place!!! 1stboff the person who checked us in was the most understanding amd nicest person i have ever had the pleasure of checking in with. The hotel was so beautifully decorated and modern abd clean, the room was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows, hearing equiped as i am partially deaf she did it without me asking and accessible tub as i have AS and she dis that just off conversation I would give her a raise of I could!!! The Hotel is so beautiful so well.put together parking good pool beautiful just amazing!!! I recommend to everyone.

Short of 5 stars due to iffy Coffee Shop

In town for business conference accommodations were on par with 4 star accommodations would be 5 star if more of meal staff was at work. Also, coffee shop joined rarely kept the posted hours. With new management to coffee shop experience would be 5 star.

Had high hopes

We were there from may 23rd and returned home on May 25th, the hotel was nice, clean the front desk staff were incredible. I read rave reviews on the food at the hotel but I have to say differently and all we ordered was a flatbread, wasn’t done had no color to bread, skimpy on the sauce as in there really wasn’t any.. We had no room service through our stay.. was very disappointed.

Nice hotel and nice staff. But I booked it partly because the breakfast place downstairs and the restaurant in the lobby would make my trip much easier. On the first morning, the breakfast place spot was closed, though they are normally open. That evening, after a long day of work, the restaurant was closed too. It would have been helpful to know that in advance. I also never received housekeeping.

Great spot, only weird thing is you enter below lobby so door is locked most the time and you have to enter via Key. Seems like a small thing but it seems strange to enter that way.

The hotel was in a very good area of Downtown Louisville. Easy walk to restaurants, distilleries and places of interest around town. The hotel was nice and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We definitely would recommend and stay here again.
