Def could of been cleaned better. Our bathroom didn't really look like it had been touched besides new towels and tp. So that was a little disappointing but breakfast was good for what it is.

Definitely an older property, attempts to update have been made, room was fairly clean, found hair on the walls in the bathroom, pool was cold. Got a good rate, paid for what I got. Breakfast was disappointing, especially when I saw a single unwrapped pop tart in the case of breakfast items, too cheap to even give a whole unopened pack of pop tarts? It was alright, but will not stay again.

it had roaches in my room and you can tell they half cleaned the room the windows was dirty and had hand marks all on them they switched my room but i still was uncomfortable after seeing roaches but i had no where else to go and it was non refundable and i had my 5 year old with me i was on and off sleeping thinking a roach was gonna come crawling.. i took photos

I totally recommend country inn
This motel is on my top 3 great motels in louisville Kentucky. Its quiet, food is great, they have avv my pool, beds are comfortable and rooms are pretty big and spacious! Nive staff as well.

First of all, the manager and the staff were phenomenal. To be honest, the hotel had some minor facility issues while I was staying. Well, my shower had no hot water for two days. But they were able to let me access another room for showering after realizing it couldn’t be easily fixed in time. What’s more telling is that, AFTER I checked out and was loading luggage in my car, the manager came out, apologized to me about the hot water issues, and gave me $100 cash refund for the trouble. He didn’t have to do that. This type of action says a lot about the attitude of the owner/management toward their guests. Highly recommended.

Several eating locations close to the property and the hotel was close to our meeting venue which was good. Overall all the hotel was average and probably will not return. Breakfast was very sparse, not much offered. Portable air conditioner / heater with a window vent that was not fitted properly in our room. Black out curtains had spilled food on them.

This property requires a $100 CASH deposit for incidentals if you book through a third party. I was not aware of this and had to use the ATM on-site to withdraw funds. We did receive our deposit back the next day upon check-out. The room itself was dingy, dirty and smelled of old cigarette smoke. The hot water took a few minutes to work and the bed/pillows were not comfortable. The walls were thin so we could hear traffic from the interstate and all parking lot noise throughout our stay. The positive is that staff were friendly and we did get the deposit back.

They required a cash deposit which was not mention. I usually do not have cash! The room was not clean, but not awful a little more attention to detail would of been great.
