Upon arrival, the front desk staff demanded $100 cash for “in case of incident” , the hallways were full of boxes. During breakfast, we were told “if anything leaves the breakfast room, it will be $15”. It all seemed very shady

Horrible experience all around. The staff was rude and very unhelpful or accomidating. They are doing construction so there is stuff laying everywhere. Kids were jumping off of boxes/mattresses that were also laying everywhere. There was a homeless man staying in the bathroom with a little child. Who wouldn't leave us alone and literally asked me for a ride, money, and to watch his kid. I felt bad for him but the staff was no where to be seen to help this situation even though they were made aware. Couldn't get towels. They literally make you pay a cash deposit and if you lose this single piece of paper you don't get your money back. This place is a joke and not safe!!!!!!!!!!

The room did not have a coffee pot, or a refrigerator, had to ask twice to get one, the heating and air unit was having issues. I never received a TV remote.The stay is uncomfortable and would not recommend until fully renovated.

The room was great. However, the shower knob was broken and the tub spout switch was very difficult to switch to shower. Also the breakfast in the morning, was very disappointing, literally microwaved frozen breakfast sandwiches

Room was not in the best repair. Stains on the lampshades, bathroom was dated and dusty. Traffic noise was very loud. Breakfast was lacking - out of most items with 90 minutes of serving time still left.
