The hotel was fine. Room was basic. We stayed here for a convenient location. There was an extreme amount of road noise. They provided ear plugs and a sound machine for this reason.

Excellent 1BR suite, lots of space, large kitchenette, balcony with river view and view of whiskey row, hot water, good pressure, clean linens, comfy beds, nicely decorated. Great location for bike trails, restaurants, bars, etc. Friendly staff, encouraged us to keep bikes in the room. Paid parking $25/day and not directly connected to hotel, so you have to use separate elevators. Starbucks has limited hours. Overall a great visit.

Good location for the convention center. The bad. The house from the traffic outside is constant and loud. Even at night. Shower pressure was weak. The toilet needed to be flushed two or three times to ensure everything went down. The air conditioning didn’t work. No matter how low we tried to turn it, it stayed the same (even after asking how to turn it down). Hot, sleepless night because of the temperature and noise. Bed was ok.
