Most awful experience at Crown Plaza Loiusville
We got there a they refused us a stay because they had only single rooms. We had a booking and confirmation. We asked them to give us two for the same price and said she couldn’t do it. Mind you we had call d for late arrival and had stayed there two nights before. We rebooked got a room and confirmation. So at 1:30 am we have to go find another hotels with no offer offer help. Never been so exhausted and upset.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. That being said, the parking is cramped & it was difficult to find a space. I think guests should have priority over bar patrons. Also the Keurig coffe provided in the room was awful & housekeeping dud not replenish our cups after the 1st day.

During my stay, they had the NAILE going on at the fair grounds across the street; the dirt and hay in the lobby was not an issue that’s understandable. The hallways though had glass cups and trash left on the floor for large periods of time. I had to be switched rooms; when I checked my first room there was used silverware left in drawers and trash under the sink. Staff was very polite and moved me to a new room immediately.

The room was comfortable and the hotel restaurant was good. I wish I would've known they were hosting a huge group of kids that were running around the lobby and clogging up the elevators. I would've looked elsewhere.

The room was clean and it was cleaned daily which a lot of hotels don’t do anymore. The staff was friendly and when we needed something it was brought to our room. I would definitely stay there again.

Wish the room would have had a microwave. Bringing an entire family to an event at the expo center is costly. Being able to heat up something in a microwave for breakfast or a snack would sure be helpful.
