If you need help. Don't stay there
We could not check in. The traffic was backed up in front of the hotel. We called requesting information as to where to park. Parking is listed on the website. They told us to drive around until we found a public garage probably a couple blocks away (we had 2 dogs and luggage heading to Florida for our home for hurricane cleanup) and we could uber or wait for $40 valet when it came available. We had already been stuck in traffic so we tried to get the hell out. They told us that it was nonrefundable. We had only booked a hour before arriving not sure of what path the hurricane took. So we are out of $250, 4 hours of our time and a robo text welcoming us at 4:30 am to the hotel .

Excellent property. Room was not ready until after 6:00 pm. Had to get ready for dinner at a friend’s place. Requested something to make up for this- they told me three times they were checking with the manager- and nothing was offered!!

The carpet was dirty in the room, the bathroom set up was terrible because they have a slide door so it doesn’t shut for privacy. I would not recommend. The free 2 drinks are cheap alcohol.
