Stay here often, but they just updated all their rooms. The new TV's and furniture are a great addition. Their breakfast options have improved as well, great selection of food and drinks for the price.

When we checked in the front desk receptionist was super nice and even talked with my kiddo about her special interests. The first room we were assigned was a little too close to the elevator for comfort and she easily changed the room for us and we were super grateful for that. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone heading in to town.

A+ for breakfast! Bedding and pillows were below average and need upgrades. Excellent location and dining options within a two-minute walk from the motel, a budget accommodation that served its purpose. Nice seating area for reading or work in lobby. Breakfast starts at 6. Would definitely stay again.

Three stars because of the bathroom. Room was somewhat dated and the floor was coming up in the bathroom. The shower wasn’t in the best condition. The lobby is nice, the pool looked nice. The breakfast was good. Also, should include some party favors when paying a grossly inflated rate for the Derby weekend. Not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again unless is was cheap. Definitely not Derby weekend.
