Hotel was ideally located for attending an event in the convention center, as well as visiting Louisville. It’s a very large hotel. The room was clean. The AC was noisy.

We had stayed in this hotel a couple years ago and was disappointed. It was not clean and need upgrades. But this time we were pleased with our stay. It was very clean and nice. The restaurants are nice and the staff is friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The mattress wasn't great but wasn't horrible either - it did want to lift off the foundation if you say on the edge. Neither of the bedside lamps were plugged in and I couldn't find an outlet so the only lighting in the room was the desk lamp.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean everywhere you go. The beds are very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The staff was professional and friendly. The views of the Louisville downtown area and the Ohio river are amazing from the the workout center and the restaurants and many downtown restaurants. It so convenient to get to the YUM center. We felt very safe in this Hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in was the only part that could've used higher rate of friendliness. Two guys didn't greet me. Seemed more concerned with their conversation and playing on their phones. Everything else was amazing.

Overall the hotel was nice to stay at as usual. Only suggestion I can make is for the cafe next to the bar. They do not add names to the order or give an order number. Was there for the Jelly Roll concert and afterwards there was a crowd ordering. It quickly became chaotic with confusion as to whose order was whose. I waited over and hour for my food.
