Service was excellent. The overall cleaniness of the hotel was good. There was a weird sewer smell by the elevator and pool area that would come and go. Several of the doors to/from the outside slam shut very loudly. Breakfast was ok. My husband saw mold on some cheese and let the employees know and it was promptly taken care of.

Our stay was great! The room and property were awesome. Staff was perfect. The only recommendation i have is to clean under the chair cushion. Ours had some popcorn and other crumbs. I make a point to check for bed bugs in every possible setting. Happy to report there were none!

Well I wouldn’t actually know much about the property considering we weren’t able to stay. This is in simpsonville Kentucky, I booked for what I thought was Simpsonville South Carolina. My family just lost everything in Hurricane Helene so in a hurry I attempted to book a hotel room. Considering when you’ve just lost your home and your livelihood you may not be in the most clear mindset I reached out to ask about a potential refund since we would still unfortunately have to find a place to stay. Expedia reached out to the property who obviously didn’t care much that this was booked in the wrong area after a hurricane and denied us a refund for the nights booked. Very unprofessional and extremely disheartening. We’ve never experienced a natural disaster like this for as long as I’ve been alive in SC and it seems people at this establishment may have not either considering their lack of empathy or understanding to the situation. Quite frankly it was enough for me to decide I will NEVER support a Hampton Inn again regardless of the amount of points I have sitting in my rewards account.
