We had such a relaxing night ! It was very modern/farmhouse vibes ! Very clean and provided all the necessary equipment and very clear with communication on where the room was located , parking and instructions on how to gain entry to the building!

This property was fantastic, especially for the price. I came for a festival so most places were charging a lot more and weren’t half as nice or spacious. Nulu is also just around the corner and offers several great places to eat and shop. This is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend staying here.

AC was broken, HVAC repaired as much as he could, but unit dripped and wouldn’t stay at a cold temp. Access codes to get in property and room were incorrect upon arrival. Room was dirty, dust on tables, dirt on carpet, iron did not work, room only had one roll of TP. Very difficult to get ahold of any employee to request more items needed for room.

10 out of 10!!! Christine, who confirmed our booking was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating! The room was perfect and very clean. It's exactly how the pictures depict. I loved that we were right in the middle of NULU and close to shopping and dining options. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property to book! There was mold on the shower liner and no sheets for the sofa bed. Yet and still, we enjoyed our stay and do recommend to anyone visiting Louisville!

When we arrived our room had been switched and we received no notice so I had to reach out to the after hours number to find out where we were supposed to be. We were told the room was “double booked.” We booked back in the fall. It was stated parking was included but all the signage stated you had to pay to park immediately or be cited so we payed only to find out we didn’t have to. The room smelled damp and musty, and there were clearly bodily fluid stains on the couch. For the amount paid to stay here, would could have gotten something a lot nicer else where. We had friends staying in the same building and their room was considerably bigger and cleaner even though we paid the same. Not sure why there was so much inconsistency but I definitely will not be rebooking.
