Great little hotel

The rooms are very clean and cozy. Everything in the room looked great and worked properly. I would not hesitate book again.

The room itself was great but absolutely no personal service, everything done by app. My biggest issue the electric door ding dong the entire day and night. It was so frustrating and there was nothing they could do, no maintenance people. We didn't have a TV for the first 5 hours, and it took me 39-40 minutes to get into my room, the code they sent me didn't work, they sent a second code to get me in, then that code stopped working. They reset my code to the first code and I had no problems getting into my room.

The photos online are beautiful however, I found 5 mouse traps in the unit I reserved and I was very disappointed and disgusted, to say the least. The communication was not the best either. I didn’t have a good experience.

I was impressed with the room. It smelled nice, it was clean, and I really liked the design. They programmed a set of codes for me and they were easy to follow. I also felt like the parking was safe. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hancock House In Louisville is everything a business or pleasure traveler would ask for. Once you receive entry directions everything else is "auto pilot." Easy parking adjacent to the building, easy to remember entry codes all bring you to a very well appointed suite. The immediate neighborhood includes the populat New Lu area and the Hancock House is just a mile or so from the CDB. Great stay at a decent value

The place was great! Located near what we wanted to do and it was perfect. Within walking distance of the stadium and walking the bridge. Very safe area also.

Our room was beautiful and clean. Walkable to restaurants and distilleries. Easy parking and great communication. A little loud from cars at night but nothing that you wouldn’t expect from being in the city. Would definitely stay here again.
