My biggest complaint is that when we checked in, we were told that our room would be cleaned every 3rd day. We were staying 5 nights so we expected the room to be serviced 1 time. Our room was never cleaned in the entire stay.

Nice clean facility. Staff friendly. Very conveniently located. Breakfast was good. Ony negative -The toilet was a bit low for sitting and getting up for older guest and only one small elevator for everyones use , it was so a bit slow. We will stay sgain.

Only issue was that air conditioner was SUPER loud. Like a freight train going on and off. It allowed room to get hot, would clunk on very loudly and cool room. Cycle repeated all night and was very noisy. Only have on elevator so prepare for delays getting to room.
