Our room was definitely not clean when we arrived and the window shade was not functional. Other than those deficiencies it was a decent stay. The breakfast was typical. Certainly not on par with previous Holiday Inn Express experiences.

At check in I was told I would get the $20 extra person fee back because I had 1 adult and 2 kids instead of 3 adults and my card was charged the original amount. Breakfast was below average, room had an odor, killed 3 spiders in our bathroom. 2 of the desk workers were great, one was unfriendly!

Nice, clean hotel
We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly and would say hello as we were coming & going. The indoor pool was nice. The towels at the pool were not restocked as often as maybe they should be but we had our own so it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was good. There is a nice breakfast area with restaurant like seating.

Don't take room 304.
Problems with the room: thermostat does not work, so the air conditioner was shut off by the hotel staff and did not operate afterward. The bathroom basin has no hot water-- only cold. There were no other rooms available for us to move.
