The hotel itself was clean, quiet and with good water pressure in the shower. AC was a bit wonky but overall room was good. However, I was VERY disappointed by the poor Customer Service response I got when I informed the manager as well as the head of Housekeeping that the house-keeping staff had inadvertently taken my sleep shirt which was hanging on a hook in my room. I went to the Front Desk on 2 separate occasions and made 2 phone calls after I got home and I felt like they kept passing me off to someone else ("I'll ask the manager to call you" then the manager said "I'll ask the Head of Housekeeping to call you".) There was no follow up and no recompense for my nightshirt, which didn't have high monetary value but much sentimental value. Very disappointing response. Will probably not return due to poor customer service response.

Clean, and close to expo center and airport. Surrounding area is semi-industrial. There is a Zaxby’s about a mile away, and a Taco Bell in walking distance, but otherwise no good eating choices. Went with my child for AAU tournament, and it suited our needs

Loved ‼️. The hotel was great , location the staff it was clean room was a little musty but other than that,I Love the room the pool was awesome water was just right very relaxing,the food was DELICIOUS 😋 fruit fresh and sweet, WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF I really enjoyed my stay,worth every penny,I am from Louisville,i moved to Alabama so anytime I come to Louisville Holiday inn on Paramount Park Dr is my home away from home 2 👍 up‼️‼️
