The customer service at this hotel was below par. I called before our trip to verify a crib or pack 'n' play would be available for our stay and I was reassured they had several. When I requested one upon arrival I was told they were all broken. After asking that they check to see if they had any that were not broken - twice, they did finally bring one up to our room, that was broken. We had to ask for more towels multiple times. Everything seemed like an inconvenience.

It’s a new hotel in very good condition; standard hotel breakfast buffet with long lines at the waffle maker. Staff was all great. It’s sort of in the middle of nowhere so not many options nearby for dinner.

Had bad experience with the reception department. They seem unorganized for example they gave me a room that was already occupied, then move me to another room and then asked me to move to a third room. My stay was for two days after my first day I go back to my room and I couldn’t get in. The receptionist advised that they gave my room to somebody else. She advised that I have to wait for a supervisor in the meantime, she assigned my room to a new person while I was standing in front of her, and I advised her that my stuff still in the room.

Housekeeping is not too responsive with requests. Did not clean room properly, did not provide extra toilet paper, ran out and had to go at the reception area to get toiletries. Has to call several times and make a request.
