Wonderful stay

This was an unplanned trip, but super glad we chose this property. Front desk agent was so incredibly sweet and friendly. She even helped us with the parking situation. The room was huge and very clean. Took a very bad day and turned it into a great night. 100% would book again.

Overall it was a decent hotel. The breakfast in the morning was great. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the hotel. The beds were very comfy. The only downfall for us was the bathroom. We had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. Oh, and the toilet seat had to be up, because the door wouldn’t clear the seat. Very strange for a bathroom configuration.

Overall the hotel was quiet and clean and had many breakfast options. Only negative was that my room was not cleaned even once during my four days stay.

Love Hyatt Place, Except This One Had No Microwave

Hyatt Place off Hurstbourne Lane in Louisville KY did not have a microwave in any of their rooms. Unlike the other Hyatt Place we visited in Cincinnati. Also, we had meant to book "Hyatt House", which is up the street from this particular location. They are so close to each other that it was confusing., we book the wrong one. If you have a family, and cant make hot food in your room, its not sustainable for a stay of several days. The staff was lovely however and let us cancel the remaimder of the stay so that we could book a different property. I love the Hyatt hotels, and sorry this review isnt all stars, but wanted to advise other guests so that they dont have this same issue.
