Great room .. carpet needs cleaning ... but we enjoyed our stay .. temperature in our room (1827)was comfortable & cool but sister's room 2 doors down (1823) never got cool .. AC ran all the time but never cooled the room.

Monique was the first face we saw at check-in. She was quick to smile and made us feel welcome for our first stay in Louisville. We stayed for 3 days. I knew if I had a question about where to go for missing items or a quick bite, she gave us lots of options to help us solve challenges that came up. The only thing I wished would've been available was transportation to the Buorbon and Beyond Festival.
