We’ve stayed here many times and have always loved the location, clean rooms, and the convenience of the on-site restaurant (we usually spend about $180 per visit for two). That said, one major issue stands out: no microwaves in the rooms. Guests are left to rely on the two in “The Market, ” and during our last stay, both were out of order by the next morning. For a hotel at this price point, it’s unacceptable that such a basic amenity isn’t reliable. Unless Hyatt fixes this—either by adding in-room microwaves or keeping the lobby ones in working order—we’ll be considering other hotels for future visits.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We requested housekeeping multiple times, even repeating our requests, but no one ever showed up. The trash was never taken out, and the room was not serviced at all during our stay.

The entrance to the parking was a little difficult to find, we had to circle the block to find the entrance. Otherwise no complaints for check in, everyone was nice. It was a little concerning at night the front lobby doors were open without a guard or security of any kind. Pillows and beds were clean but not comfortable. Walking distance from restaurants. Not sure I would come back in a hurry.

The room was missing a shower curtain. While we were waiting to receive one we discovered neither of the beds in our room had top sheets. We went down to the front desk after our phone call went off answered the second time. A gentleman brought the shower curtain and sheets for us to hang and put on the bed. Both sheets were damp. Definitely did not meet our expectations.

Wish I had planned a longer stay here

Vastly superior to the Hyatt Regency in Indianapolis. This hotel was nicely appointed with very few signs of wear and tear. Self parking was easy, and I had no problem getting a cart for my luggage. The bed was extremely cozy and comfortable. I looked forward to sleeping in it. Although my room was close to 4th St on a Saturday night, very little noise penetrated. When I had a plumbing problem, someone from maintence arrived in about 10 minutes and got it fixed. He was very polite and respectful. I'm sorry I only stayed one night because I would have loved to enjoy the great location and amenities more. I would definitely come back.
