Long wait

On their website they say check in time is at 4. I arrived at 4 and was told the room was not ready and would be about 20 minutes. Ok we wait. An hour later with three teenage kids to entertain the room was finally ready. Then they couldn't find my car info the next morning. Was supposed to be sent a text message with everything on it but never received it. We then had to wait on the text, fill out the info, and finally wait in line to get the car from the valet. Made us late to a basketball tournament we were playing in which was the only reason we stayed there. Never offered any type of compensation or anything for their mistakes.

The only problem I had was my room was by the elevator, and you could hear the elevator going up and down all night long. But it’s a nice hotel.
