Clean for the most part, some furniture definitely needed replaced before our arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again and or with this chain.

We visited this hotel while we stayed in town for “Boo at the Zoo” with our two small children. They loved the pool, we loved the value and the spacious room. Would stay here again

Front desk staff were incredibly kind! Breakfast was surprisingly good. Room itself was fine, but not the cleanest. Towels and sheets had some staining when we came in, though they did appear to be washed. Just not pleasant to look at. Overall average hotel experience and well worth it for the money!

I was charged multiple times for my hotel...was told 3 times manager would call me to try to fix this...never got a call ..spoke to manager when checking out and she was very rude and unhelpful .. Room did not have a shower curtain upon check in and the room was infested with stunk bugs that would fly around and attack you in bed when lights were turned off ..

First room we stayed in had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, stuff on the shower curtain and the floors were dirty. The noise from down the hall and the room above us kept us up til after 3am. At midnight I went to my vehicle to get motrin for my headache from all the noise, to encounter several people right outside the door drunk and fighting. I finally got in touch with the young woman working the feont desk to comolain and she did absolutely nothing. We asked to change rooms for our second night stay, and was changed to a room the was clean but only one outlet in the room worked. The two ladies we worked with to check in and change our room were fantastic however the night shift was rude and could care less with what was going on. The hotel seems to have tried to look remodeled but did so very cheaply. The mattresses have to the original from when the hotel first opened. They were worn out and falling apart. I will not recommend this hotel nor will I stay again.
