Stay two days I just wish they would have did a refresh on my towels in the bathroom they didn't give us an extra coffee the second day I was a constant drip in my room from the faucet place was okay you can tell people who repair stuff in the past weren't the best repairman but the bed was comfortable the pillows were nice

I was expecting a room the same as in the Expedia ad. Unfortunately it was the opposite, a room that was not only neglected, but also dirty, smelly, the beds in poor condition, the sink clogged, the floors scratched and dirty. the bathroom in a deplorable state with stained and dirty towels with cockroaches and other pests. Not to mention that it was more expensive than a stay in some international chain hotel. The only positive thing about it is the general manager, he gave me another room since there was no refund rule. He is overwhelmed without any real help.

I would never come here again!
I paid $200 for this hotel for the louder than Life festival. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and chirped all night long. There were two blood stains on The blanket. And the jetted spa tub had broken fixtures and the Jets felt and looked grungy. I was very dissatisfied with this room. The only thing that I found acceptable about this hotel was their free breakfast.

Pictures are deceiving. Not sure they have a vacuum that works. Asked for one on first room being dirty and they moved us. Second room was not vacuumed either. Hotel is very old and run down - lots of damage. Lots of homeless / addicts hanging 24/7. Outside of campus in an alley. Had to go get my own sheets to put on top of the bed and throw away as there were no other local hotels open. Not expected for the $225 a night I paid.

The lobby was the only "cleanish" part of the hotel. The hall and lobby bathrooms were dirty, as well as the elevator. The room had a couch, that looked like it came from a thrift store (stains included), and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We refused to stay, and we were not able to get a refund, though Expedia tried.

Be weary
Not clean at all. We had to clean the room ourselves in order to feel comfortable staying. Didn’t smell good, and had to wear indoor shoes to keep feet clean. The online photos for booking this hotel are misleading. Best part was front desk service. All shifts were nice people.

This place is falling apart. And there is no way the room was cleaned before we arrived. Poop in the toilet, hair in the bed, trash in the garbage can and the floor was covered in debris. Use any steps instead of the elevator....smells like a weed farm. (Which, was the best part about this property)

The price was right. The breakfast is great. The area around this hotel is kind of rundown. The freeway is nearby but did not notice the noise from the traffic when in the room.

We would never stay there again. There were bugs, sequins all over the floor, dirty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain, dirty lamps, blood on the wall and floor. It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in.

Dirty and old. I used two cans of Lysol spray because I felt so uneasy about the cleanliness of the facility. I could not even take a shower because of the condition of the bathtub.

Floors in our room were so dirty our towels and feet were black, bugs on the floor phone didn't work alarm clock didn't work dirt came out of the tub jets no milk at breakfast our room wreaked of cigarette smoke and we had a child with us. soda machines didn't work and when asked about it staff told guests it was a 3rd party problem and they couldn't help. Definitely wasn't worth the $300.00 we spent.

RUN!!!!
That is the worst hotel I ever booked. After a full day of travel, we’ve arrived at 23:30 to check in and the hotel was not what the pictures showed. It’s a crack house nothing more. A lot of garbage everywhere. The posted picture is from the bath of the 2nd room they’ve offered. The third one was a bit better. We’ve booked for 2 days but at 8:00am we were at the front desk asking for a full refund. The staff were nice. They tried their best but nothing good in the disturbing piece of ?!$/. Book something else!!
