Great room l, bed was a bit firm, but otherwise great. The area around the hotel is busy but that is to be expected with it being downtown. We got to see two drug addicts fight outside the White Castle on our way to dinner on the next block. We would stay here again and just Uber to dinner.

Great service.
Had issues with the shower lift gadget. Notified the desk and they had it replaced that afternoon. Great customer service. Also had a dead remote for the tv. They had it replaced in less than a half hour. Comfortable bed, very clean. Nice amenities in the kitchenette. Would stay here again!

The hotel was okay for the price. We booked the hotel because they have an indoor pool. The pool was okay, my son enjoyed it. The rooms were standard and clean. The free breakfast was decent. Everyday there was fruit (apple and bananas), yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches (they appeared to be premade), bacon or sausage, waffles (waffle maker), muffins, toast bagels… Easy walk up Nulu.
