Room was dirty on arrival. Place going through remodeling with chairs and carpet stacked the halls. Gym full of boxes . None of which was disclosed prior to arrival. Front desk staff acted like we were bothering him upon check in at midnight. Beds were comfortable

They was in the middle of a renovation. Other than that it was a nice stay. The halls smelled like I was at a snoop dog concert. Think I left with a contact buzz. The breakfast wasn’t all that great also.

Lock was not secure on the door and the fridge was not working properly which ruined my 15 buck salad that I ordered early to have for dinner but things happen to not fault of anyone. It was a nice stay.

Hotel is not ran down, and has mold.

The hotel was not not clean it was run down , the first room had broken drawer handles no soap, and the shower door leaked, we had to get moved to another room the next room was a little bit better but had black mold on the curtain wich is right by the air conditioner so the air is blowing right thru the mold, the desk chair was broken so when you sat it would just lean forward in a position you couldn’t sit in, the juice bar at breakfast had orange juice or apple juice but it ended up just coming out as water.

This place was disgusting starting with the filthy entry doors you can see thru. You walk in to dirty floors in the lobby. The hallways had outlet covers lying all over and the side boards off. Maybe they are doing construction? The room wasn't clean. The counters had food and dried dpills. The sheets had yellowbstains on them. The toilet had dried pee all over the seat. We checked in around 11pm and checked ourlt around 6am. The planes, the highway and worst of all the broken furnace made it impossible to sleep. It clanked and banged. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. It advertised breakfast.. There were some rotting bananas, and a broken juice machine. The lemployee said there was a pop machine, so we did that and the machine kept our money.

Not so good.

On our floor, all of the tiles were missing in the ceiling; with exposed wires and mechanical pipes and ducts. It didn’t feel comfy or special. The front desk and check in was great. But that’s about all that was good. The breakfast was no good. There were solicitors all around the property; I guess that’s not the hotel’s fault, but it didn’t make things better.

Straight up DEI staff. Got charged three times, around $1200.00. No communication amongst between the staff (“I will let the manager know”). Finally found the manager (sitting behind the desk, probably playing candy crush) and when I asked, he looked at me like I asked him to solve the Riemann hypothesis. Hotel looked like a crime scene and most likely was the set for the First 48. The projects from New Jack City look better. Pictures on the website are nowhere near accurate, clearly from another hotel. Dirty, dingy, and disgusting all around. One of the worst travel experiences to date. People wonder why hotels close, put under new management, and renamed. This hotel needs to be torn down, rebuilt, and staffed with qualified people, not drug addicts, not people who got held back in Kindergarten, and not people that do not understand English who swipe the credit cards. Shameful.
