Very convenient downtown location. A little expensive for the area and you pay for parking separately but otherwise a very nice hotel. Nice, clean well maintained pool and gym. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was great with lots of items and plenty of dining space and a nice view.

Stopped here while traveling with a small child to TN. Comfortable beds, nice amenities and great breakfast buffet. Great dining options within walking distance.

It’s really a worst experience with this hotel under Marriott brand and made me doubt the quality of Marriott hotels. The front desk guest supervisor/manager is quite stubborn. Although she could not identify the north/south/ east/ west directions,she insisted that she was correct and ignored the guest’s request. I cannot believe how Marriott hired this person as a manager and she will definitely ruin the brand’s reputation. The housekeeping staff pretended they couldn’t understand and speak English as trained so the guest couldn’t ask for their help. Does their service follow Marriott “Spirit to Serve” tradition as they always mentioned? Please avoid staying in this hotel if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Terrible. Rude checkin and checkout staff! I did not get the room I reserved and they didn’t make it right. They checked me in, sent to room and I called them upon entry. They said no king room available, some kind of bogus excuse with room issues but we “upgraded to a queen double”. That was a downgrade since I booked a king room. Won’t go back to this property snd won’t recommend.

Spacious rooms!

The hotel was clean and quite spacious. However the fan in the bathroom was very loud and there was no way to turn it off. The fridge also had a clear glass front with a light that stayed on all night so it just wasn’t a perfect night sleep. The beds were comfortable though and rooms very nice.

This property is conveniently located off the interstate in the downtown area. Nice, covered, off street parking with very friendly staff. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant. The dining area was nice with a variety of breakfast items. The pool was clean, but small which worked for our stay. The fitness area got the job done without the bells and whistles. This property was close to dining and downtown fun. Although slightly dated and some areas could use repair, it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would recommend and stay here again.
