The mattress to the pull out couch had a lot of stains and marking as if it was bed bugs on the bed. Bed was very dirty. Also, the shower was disgusting.

Our visit was nice. The guy at the front desk was not friendly. At all! The room was clean, however, the mini fridge was off when we arrived, so we turned it on. By morning, there was a huge puddle at the bottom, soaking the food items that were stored. Otherwise, the stay was great!

What a decent stay for what the place was. Parking garage is a little small, so if you have a big vehicle or lifted vehicle dont go here. Breakfast is what youd expect. Room was alright and the sofa bed super uncomfortable and was not a big sofa bed either. Said it could sleep four but was not going to at all.

Awful Stay.
It Was Horrible. Staff Was Wonderful, But Room Was Horrible. We Were In A Handicapped Room and Never Mentioned Once on Reservation. We Had Gone To Louisville, Ky for Concert. First We Are Not Handicapped and Bed Was 2 Inches Off Floor. Air Conditioner Was Right Right in Your Face. It Made Loud Sounds. Soap Bar Was Opened and Used. It Was AWFUL.

My daughter did not have a blanket on her bed, only a sheet and thin bedspread. There were no extra blankets in the wardrobe and there were no sheets and blankets for the pullout sofa-bed that my granddaughter slept. Do have to commend staff for handling verbal confrontation among guests in reception area and keeping guests safe and protected.
