I've visited Springhill Suites since 2020, and I've always been pleased with the stay. It is something about the vibe and the ambience that I've always loved and enjoyed and that's how this stay was. The only thing that was different was that the double beds were very small and that genuinely threw me off. So, I attempted to see if I could make a possible change and the first customer service representative that checked me in was very kind and helpful, so I assumed that the next one would be as well. When I requested a different room since I had a toddler with me that I would be sharing a bed with, the second customer service representative was very cold, nasty, and rude about making a change and it almost altered my view on my visit, but I did not let it get the best of me, so I enjoyed it as best as I could. I love the Smart TV, the relaxing open area to watch television, the comforting view and area and the hotel overall.

It was okay for one night
When we first got to the room, there was a very heavy chemical smell (not that big of a deal once we turned the air on). The couch was a whole other story. There was an unknown white substance all over the couch cushions and behind the throw pillow on the couch…there also needs to be more than one very small trash can and trash bag in the room. We had to go to the front desk and ask for trash bags but she couldnt find any, so she ended up giving us one extremely large black bag for trash. The bed wasn’t comfortable but the linens were clean. The breakfast was just meh. I would t want to stay here again if I was staying more than one night.

Nice location to the airport. The room was spacious however the bathroom was dirty. The shower wasn’t clean. The glass in the bathroom they had to use was dirty with white stuff dripping down the side of the glass. I probably wouldn’t stay again just due to the bathroom but overall room was ok.

Went for Louder Than Life. Hotel was in the perfect location. Employees were so friendly. Especially Laverne (spelling) and Shannon, the manager. Room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was really good as well! Thank you for our little Kentucky Derby plate for our anniversary!!!
