It’s a brand new modern hotel. Everything smells good and in a great condition. Staff are nice and friendly. The top roof restaurant is amazing and the service was top notch. It is my favorite hotel in Nulu. Highly recommend…

Property was great. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love was the shower. It was very spacious, which is usually nice, but the water pressure was so weak that it barely got warm and didn’t fill the entire shower with hot air, so I was freezing the entire time I showered. Other than that, very very nice hotel. I will be back!

The property is nice. Everything appears to be new. Beds are comfortable. A lot of amenities. However, I did not appreciate the surprise parking fee when I was checking it. It was like $22 per night to park - this is misleading as there was no mention of this prior to booking. Misleading.

Love the vibe of this new Hilton brand. Tasha at the downstairs restaurant IS the face of the hotel! She spoke to us each time we came and went, she was so upbeat and kind. She was very helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area—probably one of the best hotel staff in any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We typically stay at Hamptons or Garden Inns and this was much elevated for around the same price. Front desk staff was on point too—looked sharp and always kind. Just watch your itemized bill—they charged us a $50 pet fee and we did not travel with a pet. I caught it and the front desk removed it. Finding free street Parking was easy but I could see that being less and less as the area expands and the hotel gets busier. (Parking garage is very close and has direct entry to hotel). Would stay again for sure and we will definitely be on the lookout for more tempo locations!
